By using the Teacher-LM service (the "Service"), you agree to the terms detailed in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.
Description of Service
Teacher-LM is an AI-powered platform for automatic homework grading, designed for teachers and educators. The Service allows users to:
- Upload homework files in various formats for automatic grading
- Receive a score and detailed per-student feedback based on a defined rubric
- Review, edit, and send grades and feedback to students
- Access class analytics on student performance
Disclaimer and Limitations
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Specifically:
- Scores and feedback generated by the Service are recommendations only and do not replace the teacher's judgment
- We make efforts to provide accurate results, but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy in every case
- We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from reliance on Service results
- Final responsibility for student evaluation rests solely with the teacher
Permitted Use
Users agree to:
- Use the Service for legitimate educational purposes only and in accordance with all applicable laws
- Not attempt to harm the Service, circumvent its security mechanisms, or abuse it
- Not upload prohibited, offensive, harmful, or rights-infringing content
- Not share account access with unauthorized persons
Intellectual Property
All homework content you upload remains fully your property. Teacher-LM receives a limited license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Teacher-LM and its technological content are the intellectual property of the company.
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these terms periodically with 14 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from use of the Service shall be heard exclusively in the competent courts of Israel.
